Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable reservations:

• Cannot cancel.

Refundable Reservations:

• For the dates from November to February: Free cancellation up to 2 days before Check-in. Cancellations or no-shows on the day of Check-in, subject to payment of 100% of the reservation.

• For the dates from March to May, and October: Free cancellation up to 8 days before Check-in. Cancellation 7 days before arrival or after that day, subject to payment of 100% of the reservation.

• For the dates from June to September: Free cancellation up to 15 days before Check-in. Cancellation 14 days before arrival or after that day, subject to payment of 100% of the reservation.

• No-shows and cancellations: on the day of arrival, subject to full payment for the stay.
