Email communication
We do not intend to send you unsolicited commercial communications by you, by email. If you choose to receive our periodic communications, we may from time to time send you emails with new promotions, featured hotels and special offers. You can at any time choose to stop receiving these emails.
The types of communications we use through email are:
- Transactional emails: Each time you make, modify or cancel a reservation at Hotel Gaivota we will send you a resevation update.
- E-mail before arrival: A few days before your arrival, we will send you an email with the reminder of your reservation and some additional information such as information about local weather, the hotel and the city.
- E-mail after your stay: We may use the email address provided in your booking to thank you for staying at our hotel or request feedback on it.
- Operational Notices: E-mail addresses can also be used to provide customer support and to answer any other questions you may have about our site. We may also need to send you emails to inform you of any necessary changes to our site that may affect your personal information, or to notify you of problems with your reservation.
