Payment via Credit Card

You can pay by credit card using a secure online payment method. Payment is processed securely from your card to the Hotel Gaivota Azores (Gaivota - Empreendimentos Turísticos, Lda.) bank account, through a third party that processes payments (Redunicre).

Payment by Credit Card does not imply the payment of any extra fee by the customer. Any fees inherent to this transaction will be charged entirely to our company.

You must enter your card details, which must include number, expiration date and security code.

After payment is validated, the amount of your purchase will be debited. Our bank and Redunicre are the only entities that process this data and guarantee the secure transmission of data. We merely receive the authorization result.

For customers who make payments by credit card, exchange fees may be charged by some banking entities, as they are made in euros (€).

Note: As a security measure disseminated by VISA Internacional and Europay/Mastercard, requests to carry out transactions using cards from those systems will only be processed by Redunicre if the credit card's CVV2/CVC2 security code is provided. This is made up of three digits, present on the back of the card, after the number, on the right side of the signature panel. We exemplify it below:

Payment via ATM Reference

You can make the payment through ATM Reference at an ATM or through your Homebanking.

Payment is made through the Redunicre Entity (a secure entity that processes payments by ATM). This operation implies that the customer has a Portuguese bank account.

Payment by Multibanco Reference does not imply the payment of any extra fee by the customer.

MB WAY

Simply select the MB WAY payment method, then enter your cell phone number and finally confirm notifications in the app.
